I'm not writing from the finish line. I'm writing from somewhere on the road.
This is where I write most personally: about following Jesus, being a husband and a dad, losing my brother, and what I hope outlasts me. Not a devotional factory. Not parenting advice from a guy who has it figured out. Just what I'm learning while I actually try.
Years as an atheist, then agnostic. I know what Christianity sounds like from the outside.
My brother Michael was murdered. Grief took me places arguments never could.
Learning to pray before I knew what prayer was supposed to sound like. Reading Scripture for myself.
Husband, dad of three, founder. Obeying before I see the whole plan, and needing grace every day.
If you don't believe any of this, I get it. I didn't either. I'll tell you what I experienced and what I believe it means. You don't have to see it the way I do to read along.
It's what my kids learn by watching me. The questions I keep asking myself:
My testimony isn't finished.
Grace and growth can live in the same house. Mine is proof.
