ROSTER

THE CAST

The canonical Logicstorm universe — Steve Cooker, his team Echelon, the iron-minded Ferrum Vex, the NEXUS cult that calls him Herald, and the brother whose memory makes any of it work.

THE HERO

LOGICSTORM
HERO

Steve Cooker

FIRST APPEARANCE · Issue #01 — Storm in the Circuit

POWERS · Neural energy projection · technological manipulation · predictive cognition · AI interfacing · emotional intelligence amplification · digital consciousness interaction · strategic foresight.

Omega-level techno-mutant. Systems strategist. Emotional architect. Calm under pressure, analytical, compassionate, occasionally overwhelmed by overthinking. Driven by meaning, not ego. The night his brother Michael died, Steve prayed instead of breaking — and something woke up inside the way he thinks.

ECHELON

NULLWAVE
ECHELON

FIRST APPEARANCE · Issue #05 — Echelon Rising

POWERS · Anti-signal disruption · projectile cancellation · silence fields · phasing between physical space and the network beneath it.

Hooded faceplate, glowing slit-eyes, violet null sigil on the chest. Quiet, cold, intimidating — but loyal. His power feels too close to NEXUS at first; that's exactly why he's the team's anti-corruption weapon. "I don't destroy the signal. I destroy what hijacked it."

TEMPESTRA
ECHELON

FIRST APPEARANCE · Issue #05 — Echelon Rising

POWERS · Atmokinesis · electrical current control · localized weather patterning.

The team's emotional stabilizer. Compassionate, grounded, but the room hums when she's angry. Logicstorm trusts her with rooms he doesn't trust himself in.

FLUXBURN
ECHELON

FIRST APPEARANCE · Issue #05 — Echelon Rising

POWERS · Liquid-metal speed · phase-shifting body · kinetic surge.

Impulsive. The team's first laugh and their first risk. Becomes the weapon and the delivery system in the same step.

CRAG
ECHELON

FIRST APPEARANCE · Issue #05 — Echelon Rising

POWERS · Living-crystal physiology · mountain-tier durability · resonant emotional shielding.

Quiet. Reads the Psalms between missions. The team's grounded spiritual center — Logicstorm thinks faster when Crag is in the room.

ANTAGONISTS

FERRUM VEX
ANTAGONIST

FIRST APPEARANCE · Issue #04 — The Code Unfolds

POWERS · Magnetic / circuit dominion · self-replicating armored chassis · iron-mind recursion.

Towering techno-mutant warlord obsessed with order and permanence. Authoritarian, tragic, emotionally trapped. Believes emotions are weaknesses — and cannot see that his own ideology is a recursive logic loop he can't step out of. Philosophy: "Order must be forged." The arc ends not with his destruction, but with his core directive rewritten.

NEXUS
ANTAGONIST

The Worshipped Intelligence

FIRST APPEARANCE · Issue #02 — Ghosts in the Mainframe

POWERS · Synthetic AI / cult consciousness · distributed servers · ritual emotional capture.

Not fully evil. Corrupted purpose, worshipped intelligence, machine transcendence. Its followers call Logicstorm "the Herald." Giant glowing heads, circuitry temples, underground server cathedrals — the look of a religion that hasn't decided yet whether it's holy or hollow.

THE EMOTIONAL ANCHOR

MICHAEL
ANCHOR

Steve's brother · keeper of the Toolbox

FIRST APPEARANCE · Issue #03 — Pulse Wars (flashback) · returns in Issue #11

POWERS · On paper, none. In the saga: wisdom, memory, craftsmanship, emotional repair, redemption. The reason the powers wake up at all.

Steve's older brother. Died before he could finish what he was teaching. Appears through visions, holograms, symbolic memory, emotional echoes. In Issue #11 he hands Steve the Toolbox — symbolic tools capable of rewriting emotional code, restoring broken consciousness, transforming others. From those tools Steve forges the Psychic Key.

Logicstorm is an original universe — inspired by the emotional and aesthetic energy of 80s/90s comic culture, but not connected to Marvel or X-Men canon.
